Congratulations to Holly Marsh, Earlville, IL, for receiving the 2019 NIAA Scholarship. Holly is currently a Sophomore at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Whitewater, WI. Holly is majoring in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design.
